CatchHub hesap istemez, reklam göstermez ve kullanım verisi toplamaz.
Bilgisayarındaki bilgiler
Uygulamanın okuduğu bilgiler (bellek, diskler, kurulu uygulamalar, oyunlar, olay günlükleri) yalnız senin bilgisayarında işlenir ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez. Ayarlar bilgisayarındaki %APPDATA%\CatchHub klasöründe saklanır.
İnternet bağlantıları
CatchHub yalnız şu durumlarda internete bağlanır:
- Hız testini başlattığında Cloudflare’in hız sunucusuna (speed.cloudflare.com).
- Oyun kapaklarını getirmek için Steam mağaza servislerine (oyun adı ya da Steam kimliği gönderilir).
- Ekran kartı sürücüsünün güncel olup olmadığını denetlemek için ekran kartı üreticisinin sürücü servisine (kartın modeli gönderilir).
- Seçtiğin uygulamaları kurarken ya da güncellerken Windows Paket Yöneticisi (winget) ve Microsoft Store kaynaklarına.
- Kurulum dosyasıyla kurulan sürümde yeni sürüm denetimi için catchhub.net’e.
Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir ve IP adresini görebilir. CatchHub bu bağlantılarda kişisel bilgi göndermez.
Hata bildirimi
“Sorun bildir” düğmesi tarayıcında catchhub.net/destek sayfasını açar. Formu göndermek isteğe bağlıdır; CatchHub sürümü, Windows sürümü, işlemci, ekran kartı ve bellek gibi teknik bilgiler önceden doldurulur, göndermeden önce görebilir ve silebilirsin. Bu bilgiler sayfa adresinin # kısmında taşınır, sen göndermedikçe sunucuya ulaşmaz.
Gönderdiğin mesaj, yazdıysan e-posta adresin ve teknik bilgiler e-postayla bize iletilir ve yalnız sana yanıt vermek için kullanılır. Form Cloudflare altyapısında çalışır.

CatchHub requires no account, shows no ads and collects no usage data.
Information on your PC
The information the app reads (memory, drives, installed apps, games, event logs) is processed only on your computer and is never sent to any server. Settings are stored locally in %APPDATA%\CatchHub.
Internet connections
CatchHub connects to the internet only when:
- You start a speed test (Cloudflare speed server, speed.cloudflare.com).
- It fetches game cover art (Steam store services; the game name or Steam ID is sent).
- It checks whether your graphics driver is up to date (the graphics card maker’s driver service; the card model is sent).
- You install or update apps you selected (Windows Package Manager / winget and Microsoft Store sources).
- The installer version checks for a new version (catchhub.net).
These services have their own privacy policies and may see your IP address. CatchHub sends no personal information in these connections.
Bug reports
The “Report a problem” button opens catchhub.net/destek in your browser. Sending the form is optional; technical details such as the CatchHub and Windows versions, CPU, graphics card and memory are pre-filled, and you can see and remove them before sending. They travel in the # part of the page address and do not reach the server unless you send the form.
Your message, your email address if you enter one, and the technical details are forwarded to us by email and used only to reply to you. The form runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure.

Informationen auf deinem PC
Die gelesenen Informationen (Speicher, Laufwerke, installierte Apps, Spiele, Ereignisprotokolle) werden nur auf deinem Computer verarbeitet und an keinen Server gesendet. Einstellungen werden lokal unter %APPDATA%\CatchHub gespeichert.
Internetverbindungen
CatchHub verbindet sich nur dann mit dem Internet, wenn:
- du einen Geschwindigkeitstest startest (Cloudflare, speed.cloudflare.com),
- Spielcover geladen werden (Steam-Store-Dienste; Spielname oder Steam-ID wird gesendet),
- geprüft wird, ob dein Grafiktreiber aktuell ist (Treiberdienst des Grafikkartenherstellers; das Kartenmodell wird gesendet),
- du ausgewählte Apps installierst oder aktualisierst (Windows-Paket-Manager/winget und Microsoft-Store-Quellen),
- die Installer-Version nach einer neuen Version sucht (catchhub.net).
Diese Dienste unterliegen eigenen Datenschutzrichtlinien und können deine IP-Adresse sehen. CatchHub sendet dabei keine personenbezogenen Daten.
Fehlerberichte
Die Schaltfläche „Problem melden“ öffnet catchhub.net/destek im Browser. Das Absenden ist freiwillig; technische Angaben wie CatchHub- und Windows-Version, Prozessor, Grafikkarte und Arbeitsspeicher sind vorausgefüllt und können vor dem Absenden eingesehen und entfernt werden. Sie stehen im #-Teil der Seitenadresse und erreichen den Server erst, wenn du das Formular absendest.
Deine Nachricht, deine E-Mail-Adresse (falls angegeben) und die technischen Angaben werden per E-Mail an uns weitergeleitet und nur verwendet, um dir zu antworten. Das Formular läuft auf der Infrastruktur von Cloudflare.
